Fleet & Facilities

Global Aviation uses the world’s most famous trainers, Piper and Cessna Aircraft. Students have a unique opportunity to train on a variety of aircraft, equipped with glass cockpit or analogue avionics. Global Aviation’s fleet comprises single-engine PA-28 Warriors and Cessna 172 Skyhawks and Piper Seminoles for the multi-engine piston training exercises.

Global Aviation’s fleet is exclusively maintained by Global Aviation’s Maintenance Centre (Part-CAO) and a network of EASA-certified partner maintenance organizations in Europe. Global Aviation is committed to expanding and modernizing its fleet, in order to meet the highest possible industry standards.

Fleet

Single-engine piston airplanes

The four-place Piper Warrior has been a flight school favorite since its inception. Dependable and resilient with responsive handling, the Warrior is an ideal aircraft for the demands of student pilot training. Built on the same quality of its Cherokee ancestry, the Warrior comes equipped with a 160 hp Lycoming engine and Garmin G5 avionics. The Warrior is an exceptional training platform to meet a multitude of flight training requirements.

The Cessna 172 Skyhawk is a high wing, single engine aircraft. Hugely popular and renowned for its comfort and reliability and a real milestone of the civil and commercial aviation history. Characterized by its simple design based on the high wing and the frontal tricycle landing gear, it is ideal for Advanced UPRT training.

Multi-engine piston airplanes

The Piper Seminole has clearly established itself to be the best multi-engine trainer available today. With many decades of proven service, both students and instructors can appreciate its ability to perform advanced maneuvers and procedures skillfully and safely. With its standard Avidyne glass cockpit or analogue flight deck and easy-to-maintain metal construction, the Seminole is the ideal multi-engine trainer for commercial pilot training.

Flight Simulators

The majority of the demanding instrument training is conducted on Elite FNPT II flight simulators, where students can be pushed to their limits and exploit the full range of possibilities of simulated instrument flying. Currently Global Aviation owns and operates two Elite FNPT II flight simulators and a Simnest A320 FNPT II MCC simulator.

Elite Evolution S923 FNPT II

The Elite Evolution S923 FNPT II MCC (119-60118-C-1EX) can simulate two types of aircrafts, a Generic Multi Engine Piston based on Piper-Seneca III PA-34-220T (FNPT II model), and a Generic Multi Engine Turboprop based on Beech King Air B200 (FNPT II MCC model).
Elite Evolution S812 FNPT II

The Elite Evolution S812 FNPT II (244-60232-M-1EX), can simulate a Generic Multi Engine Piston based on Piper-Seneca III PA-34-220T (FNPT II model).
Simnest A320 FNPT II MCC (A320)

Simnest is a member of the PearWilliams group and are aviation professionals who pay attention to detail and training trends.

The FNPT II MCC certified SN.A32 simulator is the right tool for cadets as they will benefit the most of this part of their studies and it will assist them a lot when they get to an A320 family type rating at an Airline and will train them to be real Airline ready material.

Simnest’s instructors, which are active A320 captains, TRIs, TREs provide continuous feedback in order to assist with the continuous improvement of the simulator’s components.

In the A320 simulator, Advanced MCC (APS-Airline Pilot Standards), PBN (Procedure Based Navigation) and part of Instrument Rating (IR) in a multi-pilot environment training will take place, which is of particular interest to airlines.
